Who we are

This policy covers klangindustrial.my, the site of Jason Low (PEA 1478), registered under CID Realtors Sdn Bhd (E(1) 1855). Send privacy questions to jason@klangindustrial.my.

What we collect

• What you send. The enquiry forms on this site open WhatsApp with your message and do not store it here. If you contact Jason by WhatsApp, phone or email, he receives your name, number or email address and what you write.
• Usage data. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to record the pages visited, your device type, your approximate location and clicks on the WhatsApp and phone links.
• Technical logs. Cloudflare and the web server record IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

Your details are used to reply to you and help with your property requirement. Usage data shows which pages are useful, and logs keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who may see it

To arrange a viewing or a deal, Jason may share what is needed with the owner, tenant, buyer, co-broking agent, lawyer or bank involved, and with his registered firm. Google and Cloudflare process data for the services above and may do so outside Malaysia.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to help you or to meet legal and record-keeping duties.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask to see or correct your personal data, or ask Jason to stop contacting you. Email jason@klangindustrial.my.
